In order to streamline our process (and take it easy on the trees), we generally do not include packing slips in our packages.

Items like button pins can take us up to 9 business days to ship
Mugs can can up to 2 weeks for us to prepare and ship out.

Mug is super cute!! I love the printing of the couple's names, there is a small imperfection on the cup that i wish had been caught and not sent but it's not enough to send it back as i don't have time to get another one.

Beautiful work arrived in a timely manner. Customer service was phenomenal. I ordered these not realizing it was only one cup. I thought it was a pair so I ordered another one and it came as soon as they were able to make the second one for me so I appreciate the prompt of response from the customer service portal and again the quality of the product is excellent highly recommend.
