Are you organizing an event for or giving gifts to all of the little ones in your congregation? Choose the ASSORTED option and we will send a little bit of everything, or choose from only future pioneer, missionary, bethelite, elder, or volunteer (see drop down menu under personalization!)

We prepare this item one at a time, so it will usually take us up to 7 business days to process your order and prep it for shipment (sometimes longer during the summer months!). If you need your items sooner, please feel free to let us know before purchase and if possible we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
In order to streamline our process (and take it easy on the trees), we generally do not include packing slips in our packages. If you mark your order as a gift and include a gift message, your loved one will receive your message and a list of what is included in the shipment, but the message will not include prices.
Please double check your address as we will ship exactly as you enter it and do not provide refunds on orders that cannot be delivered and will charge you a fee for reshipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Do you offer discounts for those in full time service?
Yes, we are a family of regular pioneers and know what it's like to be on a limited budget, while also wanting to give a quality gift to someone we love.
If you're a Regular Pioneer, use Discount Code: "PIO10" at check out, and if you're in Special Full Time Service (Bethel, Special Pioneering, Traveling Overseer, etc.), use Code "MYSPECIALFULLTIME".
How long does order processing and delivery take?
Ready to ship items like stickers take from 1-5 business days
Items like button pins can take us up to 9 business days to ship
Mugs can can up to 2 weeks for us to prepare and ship out.
If you need your package by a certain deadline, please message us beforehand to make sure we can accommodate it!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do! You can choose Priority Mail or Priority Express mail at checkout, or you can use our "Rush My Order" listing to purchase shipping upgrades. We promise to always do our best to process your order quickly and get your items in the mail quickly, and we really appreciate that you keep in mind that we are a small business and that sometimes the actual shipping times may vary. We also do not offer refunds or cancellations (though we can give your store credit!) for packages that arrive late, so please keep this in mind too.
Custom and personalized orders
We love to do custom orders! A lot of our listings already offer this option, but we can make adjustments to almost any of our items! We can change colors, change language, or add to current designs. If that's not enough, we can do custom art for you! Just reach out to us and we would be happy to chat!
