Because we individually print each mug one at a time, it will take us between 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS to prepare and ship out your mug. If you purchase more than 4 mugs in one order, it could take us a couple of extra days to get your order ready for shipment. If you need your mugs sooner, please feel free to let us know and if possible we will do our best to accommodate you.

In order to streamline our process (and take it easy on the trees), we generally do not include packing slips in our packages. If you mark your order as a gift and include a gift message, your loved one will receive your message and a list of what is included in the shipment, but the message will not include prices.

Please double check your address as we will ship exactly as you enter it and do not provide refunds on orders that cannot be delivered and will charge you a fee for reshipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We only replace items in the rare and unforeseen event that they are defective or damaged UPON ARRIVAL. Please note we are not responsible for damage due to use, as these a fragile items which must be handled with care as you would treat any glassware or ceramic piece. If damaged on arrival please contact us to receive instructions on exchange process, send us an email at TheBestLifeEverShop [!at] gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Please include a picture of your item in your email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, if 5 days have gone by since your delivery date, we are unable offer you any exchanges. Thanks for understanding.
