Because we individually print each mug one at a time, it will take us at least 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS to ship out your mug. If you purchase more than 4 mugs in one order, it could take us a couple of extra days to get your order ready for shipment. If you need your mugs sooner, please feel free to let us know and if possible we will do our best to accommodate you.

In order to streamline our process (and take it easy on the trees), we generally do not include packing slips in our packages. If you mark your order as a gift and include a gift message, your loved one will receive your message and a list of what is included in the shipment, but the message will not include prices.
