We only replace items in the rare and unforeseen event that they are defective or damaged UPON ARRIVAL. Please note we are not responsible for damage due to use, as these a fragile items which must be handled with care as you would treat any glassware piece. Please include a picture of your item in your email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Excellent Service.
