If damaged on arrival please contact us to receive instructions on exchange process, send us an email at TheBestLifeEverShop@gmail.com within 12 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Please include a picture of your item in your email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
