We only replace items in the rare and unforeseen event that they are defective or damaged UPON ARRIVAL. Please note we are not responsible for damage due to use, as these a fragile items which must be handled with care as you would treat any glassware piece. If damaged on arrival please contact us to receive instructions on exchange process, send us an email at TheBestLifeEverShop@gmail.com within 12 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Please include a picture of your item in your email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 12 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchanges. Thanks for understanding.
